Common merchandise problems in technology
These are the issues we are asked to solve most often.
Remote employees have no office to collect from
Distributed hiring means every new starter needs an individual shipment to a home address, on their start date.
Conference merchandise is always rushed
Event dates are fixed and immovable, but merchandise decisions land late and options narrow to whatever can be produced fastest.
Swag quality reflects on the product
Cheap giveaways are remembered. Technology audiences notice materials and finish, and the wrong item undercuts the brand.
Marketing ends up doing fulfilment
Someone on the team becomes the unofficial warehouse, packing kits and arranging couriers instead of doing marketing.
No reorder process
Stock runs out mid-quarter and the whole sourcing exercise starts again from the beginning.

Frequently asked questions
Can you ship onboarding kits to individual home addresses?
Yes. We hold the kit components, pack a kit per employee and ship to each home address. You send names, sizes and addresses; we handle packing, shipping and tracking.
Can you ship to employees outside Canada and the United States?
We ship internationally. Duties, taxes and customs handling vary by destination, and we will confirm cost and timing for the specific countries in your program before you commit.
How far ahead should conference merchandise be ordered?
Timing depends on the product and decoration. Standard catalogue items with simple decoration can move quickly, while custom production needs longer. Tell us your event date first and we will work backwards from it.
Do we have to hold stock ourselves?
No. We hold your stock and release it as orders come in, so nothing lives in an office closet.
Can employees order their own sizes?
Yes. An internal store lets each employee select their size and options, which removes the sizing spreadsheet entirely.
