Branded Merchandise for Dealer and Franchise Networks

A single merchandise program your dealers can order from, with brand standards protected and every location shipped directly.

Common merchandise problems in dealer networks

These are the issues we are asked to solve most often.

    Dealers source their own merchandise

Independent locations buy locally with whatever logo file they happen to have, and brand consistency disappears across the network.

    No single ordering path

Without one place to order, head office fields merchandise requests it was never set up to handle.

Co-op and budget rules are hard to enforce

Programs with dealer contributions or allowances need order limits and reporting, not a shared spreadsheet.

Every dealer needs its own shipment

Network-wide launches mean dozens or hundreds of individual addresses, quantities and receiving realities.

    New dealer openings

Each opening needs the same package, and assembling it from scratch each time wastes weeks.

    Example programs

Typical programs we build for organizations in this sector.

    Dealer merchandise store

An approved product range dealers order from directly, with pricing, artwork and allowances set centrally.

    New dealer opening kit

A standard package of signage, apparel and giveaway items assembled and shipped whenever a new location opens.

    Network-wide campaign rollouts

Campaign merchandise produced centrally and distributed to every location against a fixed launch date.

    Staff apparel and uniforms

Role-based apparel ordered by each location in the sizes they actually need.

    Customer delivery and handover gifts

Consistent customer-facing items so the experience matches wherever a customer buys.

    Frequently asked questions

Can dealers order and pay for their own merchandise?

Yes. A dealer store can be set up so each location orders and pays directly, or so orders draw against a central budget or allowance you control.

How do you stop dealers from using the wrong logo?

Artwork is loaded and locked into the program. Dealers select from approved products with approved decoration, so there is no opportunity to submit an out-of-date logo file.

Can you ship to every location individually?

Yes. We produce centrally, then pack and ship per location with the quantities each site needs, including delivery confirmation.

Can we see what each dealer has ordered?

Yes. Because ordering runs through one program, order history can be reported by location, product and period.

How quickly can a new location be set up?

Once the program is live, adding a location is an administrative step. If the opening kit is already stocked, it can ship as soon as the location is added and the address confirmed.
